If you are booking with NonStopTrip or any of its affiliated sites, we will receive personal information about the main passenger (name, address, telephone number, and email address). Apart from this, we will collect the names and dates of birth of all the traveling passengers. This information will be stored on our own servers to help us handle your booking, in addition to providing your name and travel details to the airline or supplier from which we are purchasing the service. It should be noted that this information may then be provided to certain government organizations as required by law.
Payment Details
We collect payment details including credit card details from you as part of a booking transaction. This information is used to receive payment for services and is then removed from our servers. In some cases, we will contact you by telephone to confirm these details. We will never ask for your payment details over email as it is not a secure mode of transport and we will ask you to never send such details to you in this manner.
Collection of personal information
When you send personal information to us over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure secure transmission. TERMS OF THE AIRLINES
1- Airline tickets available through the Website are subject to the respective airline's terms and conditions, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.
2- The NonStopTrip acts only as a facilitator to enable the user to book flight tickets. The contract of service for use of the flight is always between the User and the airline concerned.
3- The airline retains the right to reschedule flight times, reroute or cancel flights or itineraries, and is free to NonStopTrip without prior notice. NonStopTrip as a facilitator has no control or authority over the airline's logistics and is therefore not liable for any damages, direct or incidental, that a user may suffer on account of such change or cancellation of the flight.
4- Different tickets on the same airline may have different restrictions or include different services and prices.
5- The baggage allowance on the given fare is as per the conditions decided by the airline, and NonStopTrip has no role in this. Some of the fares shown in the booking flow are "Hand Baggage Fares" which do not entitle the user to free check-in baggage and therefore the user must pay separately for check-in baggage. Prices for adding checked-in baggage to a booking may vary from airline to airline. The user is advised to contact airlines for detailed costs.
Code Share
1- Some airlines enter into "code-share" agreements with other airlines. This means that on some routes, the airline carrier selling or marketing the flight ticker does not fly its own aircraft to that destination. Instead, it contracts or partners with another airline to fly to that destination. The partner airline is listed as "operated by" in the booking flow.
2- If your flight is a codeshare, it will be disclosed to you in the booking process and before payment.
3- The NonStopTrip shall disclose any such code-share arrangement to the User only if the ticketing airline first discloses the same to the NonStopTrip.
Pricing
1- The total price displayed on the website on the payment page usually includes base rent, applicable government taxes, and convenience fees. Users will have to pay the full amount before the confirmation of their booking. NonStopTrip reserves the right to cancel the booking if the user does not pay the full amount. The user agrees to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and charges applicable on the date of travel.
2- To avail of infant fares, the child must be below 24 months of age throughout the itinerary. This includes both onward and returns journeys. If the infant is 24 months or more on the return journey, the user will have to make a separate booking using the child fare. According to the airline's terms, any infant or child must be accompanied by an adult.
Travel documents
1- It shall be the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that they have valid travel documents such as Identity Proof, Passport, Visa (including Transit Visa), etc. to undertake the journey. User agrees that in case of inability to travel due to not carrying valid travel documents, NonStopTrip will not be liable in any way.
2- The User understands that the information (if any) provided by the NonStopTrip in respect of travel documents is only of advisory nature and cannot be considered conclusive. The User shall ensure to check the travel requirements with the respective airlines of the respective jurisdiction to which the User may transit or choose to travel.
Check-in Terms
1- Users should check with airlines directly about check-in time. Usually, check-in starts 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure for international flights.
2- The user must have valid identity proof, passport, and proof of age as may be required to prove the identity, nationality, and age of passengers traveling on the ticket, including infants.
Use of flight segments
1- If the user does not initiate the onward journey, the entire PNR relating to that booking will be automatically canceled by the airline. In such a scenario the NonStopTrip has no control in the above process and will not be bound to provide alternate booking to the user. In such an event, the cancellation penalty will be as per the applicable airline rules.
Changes to an existing booking
1- Any changes made to any existing Booking will be subject to certain charges levied by the respective airline, in addition to the service charges charged by the NonStopTrip.
2- The user shall be bound to pay the applicable charges in case of any change or modification in the existing booking. However, depending on the airline's policy and fare class, the charges for making changes or modifications to an existing booking may vary.
Refunds
1- Refunds will be processed as per airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds will be subject to the NonStopTrip it receives from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to NonStopTrip paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
2- All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be reported to the NonStopTrip in order to initiate the refund process. The processing time for refund may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank, etc. The refund will be processed after deducting the NonStopTrip service fee which is independent of the convenience fee mentioned above.
3- The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the user has used a credit card, the NonStopTrip will reverse the appropriate charge for the same credit card; Similarly if the user has used a debit card, the NonStopTrip will credit the money to the same debit card.
4- In case of cancellation and refund of partially used tickets, advance discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
Domestic flight booking terms:
General terms:
1- The total airfare amount displayed on the website is inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
2- You will have to pay the total cost of the air ticket to receive the confirmation of your domestic air ticket booking.
3- We recommend that you go through the airline's terms and conditions before making a booking.
4- All domestic air tickets issued to the passenger shall additionally be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline with whom you have booked your air ticket.
5- By accepting our Booking Terms, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the respective airline with which you are booking the air ticket.
6- NonStopTrip charges a non-refundable fee for flights, however, it may vary for certain regions/airlines.
7- There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
8- Refunds for partially used tickets are subject to airline terms and conditions and may take up to 90 days.
9- To avail of infant fares, the child must be under 24 months of age during the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and returns journeys. If the infant is 24 months or older on the return trip, you will need to make a separate booking using the child fare.
10- Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years.
11- Friends and family special fares only apply to both domestic and international territories.
12- Special fare is applicable for a minimum of two and a maximum of nine passengers in one booking.
13- Seats are subject to availability.
14- The special fare is not applicable on group bookings.
15- General Baggage Allowance applicable for these fares will require a minimum of 2 passengers in the PNR after cancellation in case booked under family fare.
16- All statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees are to be paid by the passenger, as applicable on the date of journey.
17- Flight schedules and times are subject to regulatory approval and change.
18- Most airlines do not allow infants under 7 days old. For more information, please contact the airlines directly.
29- As per airline policy, minor passengers alone are required to carry specific supporting documents. Please contact the airline directly for the same.
20- NonStopTrip is not responsible for any change in flight schedule made by the airline after the issue of your domestic air ticket. However, if we receive information from the airline, we will notify you of the changed flight schedule for your flight. We recommend that you reconfirm your flight schedule directly with the airline 24 hours before your scheduled flight departure.
Check-in terms:
21- Standard check-in time starts 2 hours before departure for domestic flights, as per airline rules.
22- For international flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
Infant air-fares terms:
23- Infant must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age.
24- In order to avail of the infant fare offered by airlines, the infant must be less than 24 months of age during the entire journey including onward and return flights. If the age of the infant is over 24 months during the return journey, you will need to book separately using the child fare.
25- Infant must have valid certificates showing that the infant is less than two years of age.
Amendment policy:
26- Every domestic airline ticket booked on NonStopTrip is subject to modification charges levied by the airline, which may vary from airline to airline, flight route, and booking category.
27- You can amend or modify your domestic air ticket booking by calling us at or emailing us at info@nonstoptrip.com 24 hours before your scheduled domestic flight departure.
28- If you wish to amend or make changes to your domestic air ticket booking less than 24 hours after your scheduled departure, please call us at or contact the airline concerned directly. Email or any other form of communication will not be entertained.
29- All bookings made by us can also be modified by directly calling your respective airline call center.
30- Some booked fares cannot be modified depending on the airline's policy.
31- If you wish to amend/change/modify or modify your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, as applicable when the modification is made. However, if the amended fare is less than the fare booked earlier, the difference in amount will not be refunded but a rebooking fee will be charged at the time of amendment.
32- In addition to the airline's modification fee, NonStopTrip charges an additional amendment processing fee per passenger and per sector.
Cancellation policy:
33- Every domestic air ticket booking on NonStopTrip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the respective airline, which may vary with the flight, route, and class of booking.
34- Certain domestic airfares booked may be non-refundable as per respective airline policy.
35- For any cancellations prior to 24 hours after your scheduled flight departure, please contact us at or send us cancellations. NonStopTrip will not be liable to entertain any cancellation request made through any other mode of communication.
36- If you wish to cancel your domestic air ticket within 24 hours from your scheduled domestic flight departure, please call us at or contact the airline concerned directly.
37- There will be no refund for 'No-Show' or any partially unused flights.
38- NonStopTrip will charge per passenger and per sector on the cancellation of domestic air tickets. This fee will be in addition to the airline cancellation fee.
39- If you have 'Web/Tele check-in' with the airline, you will need to contact the airline directly for cancellation. NonStopTrip will not be able to cancel domestic air tickets in this case.
Refund policy:
40- For bookings made through NonStopTrip, you need to contact NonStopTrip for your domestic air ticket refund, as the airline concerned will not be able to process your refund.
41- You will have to inform NonStopTrip of cancellations done directly with the airline. You can do so by email or phone within 48 hours of cancellation along with valid documents to initiate the refund process by NonStopTrip.
42- NonStopTrip will be in a position to process customer refunds for domestic flight tickets only after the same has been returned by the airline concerned.
43- The convenience fee for one-way domestic flights and for roundtrip domestic flights is a non-refundable fee paid at the time of booking and will be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation request.
44- If you cancel a flight with the airline directly, please notify NonStopTrip for a hassle-free refund process.
45- Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
46- The average refund process takes 2 business days. However, the refund amount will appear in your account anytime between 3-15 working days.
47- If you have done 'Web/Tele check-in' with the airline, you will have to contact the airline directly for a refund. NonStopTrip will not be able to refund the amount.
48- NonStopTrip India will be able to initiate your refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline concerned.
49- Promo code discounts and other discounts provided at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
50- The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the booking was confirmed.
51- The onboard meal amount is non-refundable. However, if the flight is canceled by the airline concerned, the amount will be refunded.
52- If the airline cancels the flight, the full cost of the air ticket will be refunded to the passenger. However, this does not include the convenience fee charged by NonStopTrip at the time of booking.
53- If the airline cancels the flight, the passenger has to inform NonStopTrip about the hassle-free refund process.
54- In case the airline ceases its flight operations, NonStopTrip will not be liable for any customer refund, including those not refunded by the airline.
55- For airline-specific domestic flight terms and conditions, please refer to the respective airline website.
International flight booking terms:
General terms:
1. The total airfare amount displayed on the website includes all applicable government taxes. However, this does not include all applicable airport taxes or other fees levied by the airport at check-in.
2. You will have to pay the total cost of the air ticket in order to receive the confirmation of your international air ticket booking.
3. We recommend that you go through the airline's terms and conditions before making a booking.
4. All international air tickets issued to the passenger shall additionally be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective airline with whom you have booked your air tickets.
5. By accepting our Booking Terms, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the respective airline with which you are booking the air ticket.
6. Please ensure that the name entered in the passenger's detail page is exactly as per the passport. No modification/change in the passenger's name is allowed after the booking is confirmed.
7. On-board meals and special services are on a request basis only. They are subject to the respective airline terms and conditions and NonStopTrip India is required to obtain a confirmation from the airline on the same.
8. For any information about your frequent flyer miles or promotions/alliances by the airline, you must contact the airline directly.
9. We recommend all passengers book their international flight to ensure that they have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance, and other relevant documents from the countries arriving and transiting.
10. Check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
11. NonStopTrip will charge a convenience fee for availing of the services of NonStopTrip. NonStopTrip reserves the right to change any transaction fees from time to time without any prior notice. The passenger shall be liable to pay all applicable fees, charges and taxes for availing of the NonStopTrip services at the time of booking.
12. NonStopTrip charges a non-refundable convenience fee per passenger for a one-way international flight and per passenger for round-trip flights. This is more than the cost of the total air ticket.
13. NonStopTrip reserves the right to cancel any flight booking made by any travel agent using the promotional offer for commercial purposes without any prior notice. Our promotional offers are only valid for reservations booked for individual travel.
14. NonStopTrip is not responsible for any change in the flight schedule made by the airline after the issuance of your international air ticket. However, if we receive information from the airline, we will notify you of the changed flight schedule for your flight. We recommend that you reconfirm your flight schedule 24 hours prior to your flight departure with the airline directly.
Check-in terms:
15. As per standard airline rules, the check-in time for an international flight starts 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight.
16. We recommend travelers carry the appropriate travel permission documents (valid passport, immigration clearance, visa, etc.) when they check in at the airport. NonStopTrip is not responsible for any issue related to documents.
Infant air-fares terms:
17. Infants must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
18. In order to avail of infant fares offered by airlines, the infant must be less than 24 months of age during the entire journey including onward and return flights. If the age of the infant is over 24 months during the return journey, you will need to book separately using the child fare.
19. Infants should have valid documents as proof of age showing that the Infant is less than two years of age.
On hold tickets terms:
20. Travel experts from NonStopTrip will assist you in amendments to your international flight bookings. However, in some cases, you will have to contact the airline concerned directly.
21. Every international airline ticket booked on NonStopTrip is subject to modification charges levied by the airline, which may vary with the airline and the flight route class of the booking.
22. You can amend/change your international air ticket booking by calling us at or emailing us at info@nonstoptrip.com 48 hours before your scheduled flight departure.
23. To amend less than 48 hours before the scheduled international flight, passengers need to call us at or contact the airline concerned directly. No other communication will be entertained for the cancellation of the booking.
24. All bookings made by us can also be modified by calling your respective airline call center directly.
25. Some booked fares cannot be modified depending on the airline's policy.
26. If you wish to amend/change/modify or modify your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, on the modification made. However, if the amended fare is less than the fare booked earlier, the difference in amount will not be refunded but a rebooking fee will be charged at the time of amendment.
27. In addition to the airline's modification fee, NonStopTrip charges an additional amendment processing fee per passenger.
Amendment policy:
28. Every international airline ticket booked on NonStopTrip is subject to a modification fee levied by the airline, which may vary from airline to airline, flight route, and booking category.
29. You can amend or modify your international air ticket booking by calling us at or emailing us at info@nonstoptrip.com 24 hours before your scheduled international flight departure.
30. If you wish to amend or make changes to your international air ticket booking less than 24 hours after your scheduled departure, please call us at or contact the airline concerned directly. Email or any other form of communication will not be entertained.

32. Some booked fares cannot be modified depending on the airline's policy.

35. Every international air ticket booking on NonStopTrip is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline concerned, which may vary with the airline, flight route, and booking category.
36. Some booked international airfares may be non-refundable as per the relevant airline policy.
37. For any cancellations 48 hours prior to your scheduled international flight departure, please contact us at or email us at info@nonstoptrip.com. NonStopTrip will not be liable to entertain any cancellation request made through any other means.
38. For cancellation requests within 48 hours of your scheduled flight departure, passengers may call us at or contact the airline concerned directly.
39. Some airlines do not allow modification or cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled flight departure and treat the booking as a 'no show'.
40. NonStopTrip cannot process the cancellation of certain airline tickets. In such a situation, passengers have to contact the airline directly. Cancellation is subject to airline terms and conditions.
41. There will be no refund for 'no-show' or partially unused flights.
42. NonStopTrip will charge per passenger and per sector for the cancellation of international flight tickets. This fee will be in addition to the cancellation charges levied by the airline.
43. If you have done 'Web/Tele check-in' with the airline, you will need to contact the airline for cancellation. NonStopTrip will not be able to cancel your international air ticket in this case.
Refund policy:
44. For bookings made by NonStopTrip, you need to contact NonStopTrip for your international air ticket refund as the airline concerned will not be able to process your refund.
45. For cancellations done directly with the airline, you will have to notify NonStopTrip. You can do so by email or phone within 48 hours of cancellation along with valid documents to initiate the refund process by NonStopTrip.
46. NonStopTrip will be in a position to process the customer refund for international flight tickets only if the same has been returned by the airline concerned.
47. There will be no refund for 'no show' or partially unused flights.
48. No refund will be given on 'non-refundable' fares.
49. The convenience fee for one-way international flights and for roundtrip international flights is a non-refundable fee paid at the time of booking and will be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation request.
50. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.
51. The average refund process takes 2 working days. However, the refund amount will appear in your account between 3-15 working days.
52. For partially used flight tickets (flight of one sector and cancellation of another sector), the refund may take from 25 working days to 6 months depending on the airline.
53. If the international flight ticket is canceled directly with the airline, the refund process will take anywhere between 15 days to 6 months depending on the airline processing time.
54. If you have done 'Web/Tele check-in' with the airline, you need to approach the airline for a refund. NonStopTrip will not be able to refund the amount.
55. NonStopTrip will be able to initiate your refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline concerned.
56. Promo code discounts and other discounts provided at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
57. The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the booking was confirmed.
58. The onboard meal amount is non-refundable. However, the amount will be refunded if the flight is canceled by the airline concerned.
59. If the airline cancels the flight, the full cost of the air ticket will be refunded to the passenger. However, this does not include the convenience fee charged by NonStopTrip at the time of booking.
60. In case the airline ceases its flight operations, NonStopTrip will not be liable for any customer refund, including those not refunded by the airline.

General Disclaimer
Please read this document carefully! It contains very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
1.) Price Quote: The fare price provided for all passengers is quoted in US Dollars. Fares and availability are subject to change until tickets are booked. Prices are guaranteed at the time of purchase only. All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket must be booked in the name of the passenger as it is accurately displayed on the government-issued ID. Change of name on the ticket is prohibited.
2.) Check Documents: Please check your documents upon receipt. A valid photo identity card will be asked from the passengers at the time of flight check-in. In case the name on the ticket and the ID of the passenger does not match, the passenger will have to surrender the ticket and purchase the applicable fare for the departing flight. Children's parents or legal guardians must be present at check-in. Different airlines may have specific requirements for traveling with a non-accompanied child. Call if you have any questions.
3.) Reconfirmation: Domestic: We recommend that you reconfirm all flights prior to departure and at each point of stopover. This will give the airline an opportunity to keep you informed of any changes to your flight. International: You must reconfirm your issued or return reservation at each point of stopover at least 72 hours prior to flight time or your reservation will be automatically canceled.
4.) Check-in Requirements: Domestic: 2 hours before departure. International: 3 hours before departure. Note:- Check-in later than these times may result in denial of boarding.
5.) Overbooking: Airline flights can be overbooked. A person who refuses to board a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. Rejected boarding rules are available at all ticket counters.
6.) Change or Cancellation: Change of ticket may incur penalties and/or increased fares in addition to any change fee. Advance notice is required to change the reservation. To change or cancel your flight itinerary, call this travel agency or the airline you are going to take. Airlines may apply substantial fees and additional charges for changes to certain non-refundable tickets prior to the departure date. After the departure date, your unused airline ticket may have no residual value. If canceling, return unused tickets to us for a refund or credit. Most special, excursions and discounted tickets have various travel restrictions and may result in fines for alteration or cancellation. Make sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plan along the way, ask the airline to apply the value of your unused ticket to purchase a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. If you have a guaranteed hotel reservation that you wish to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible to avoid mandatory payment and in no case later than 4 pm local time.
7.) Airline Schedule Changes: Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change the schedule without notice. The schedules shown are based on the expected flight times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather and other factors may affect operating conditions, departure and arrival cannot be guaranteed nor are they the responsibility of NonStopTrip.
8.) Insurance: Airline and other travel supplier insurance have limited liability for baggage. Your personal insurance may not adequately cover loss from cancellation, accident, illness or theft, or damaged property. We strongly request you to purchase additional insurance offered to you.
9.) Lost Tickets: Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets must be paid for until a refund is received from the issuing airline, subject to service charges levied by the airline.
10.) Prepaid Tickets: If your travel agent arrangement includes a request for a prepaid airline ticket, which is picked up by the passenger at the airline ticket counter, please note that most carriers require a mandatory non-refundable service fee. We appreciate your understanding of the fee charged by the airline, not by our office, for providing this service.

RESPONSIBILITY: This travel agency acts only as an agent in all matters connected with the making and securing of reservations for transportation, accommodations, tours, and/or other arrangements for the retail clients of this agency and for various disclosed principles and contractors in the form of airlines, ship lines, tour wholesalers, limousine services, and owners or contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services, hereinafter referred to as “suppliers.”

MISC: The use of coupons for two or more tickets as round trip fares for the purpose of circumventing restrictions is called 'back to back ticketing' or 'nested excursions' and is expressly prohibited. This occurs when flight coupons are not used intentionally or are used out of order to circumvent airline fare rules. Airlines and travel agents are forbidden from issuing such tickets. Each airline reserves the right to deny transportation to passengers using tickets in this way. Passengers will be held responsible for the difference between the fare paid and the actual itinerary fare. Additionally, the airline reserves the right to assess additional charges that may include additional ticket purchases for passengers that may be too large to comfortably sit on a single seat. Airlines reserve the right to assess an additional charge at check-in for two or more baggage and/or non-standard baggage. Examples of non-standard goods include, but are not limited to: sporting goods and equipment (ex: golf clubs and skis), equipment, cases of musical instruments, trunks, large portfolios, boxes, car seats, Animal carriers (additional live animal handling charge may apply)
